Terms of Use for Weekly VR

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and WowTechie Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Weekly VR mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To create an account and use the interactive or social features of the Service (including posting or viewing user-generated content), you must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if it is higher than 13.

If you are under the age of majority in your place of residence but at least 13 years old, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and that you are using the Service under their supervision.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information and may terminate the related account.

2. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users

Weekly VR has a strict no-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. If you post, upload or share content that violates these Terms, or if you engage in abusive conduct, your content may be removed and your account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

You agree that you will not use the Service to create, upload, post, store, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

3. User-Generated Content

The Service allows you and other users to create, upload, post, submit, store, send, receive or share content such as posts (including text posts, images, photos and videos), comments, messages, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content.

By providing User Content through the Service, you grant WowTechie Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and publicly display such User Content in connection with operating, improving and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for any consequences of posting or sharing it. We do not endorse any User Content and we make no guarantees regarding its accuracy, reliability or quality. Certain interactions with User Content (such as likes, favorites, and similar reactions) may be public and visible to other users.

Private messages and direct communications between users, if available in the Service, are also considered User Content and must comply with these Terms.

4. Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates these Terms, you can use the in-app report or flag features, or contact us at weeklycomm@gmail.com.

We review reports in a timely manner and strive to respond to and act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours where reasonably possible. We may remove or restrict access to any content that we consider to be in violation of these Terms, and we may suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat or serious offenders.

5. Blocking and Safety Tools

To help protect your experience, the Service may provide tools that allow you to block or restrict specific users from interacting with you or viewing your content. When you block a user, we will reasonably attempt to prevent that user from appearing in your feed, sending you messages, or otherwise contacting you through the Service, subject to technical limitations.

Blocking another user does not necessarily remove existing content that has already been shared. You may separately report such content for review.

6. Content Moderation and Removal

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor use of the Service and to review or edit any User Content. We may remove or refuse to display any User Content, suspend or terminate users, and take any other action we deem appropriate if we believe that content or behavior violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use Weekly VR solely for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of WowTechie Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use our trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features without our prior written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, pose a risk or possible legal exposure for us, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and you may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Certain provisions intended to survive termination (including ownership rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute resolution provisions) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WowTechie Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. If you are a consumer residing in a country where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, you may also be entitled to certain rights and may bring claims in your local courts as required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the app or by other appropriate means. The updated Terms will be effective when they are posted, unless a later date is specified. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective will mean that you accept the changes.
